## Overview

**Navigation Path:** Office > Reported Problems

### Introduction

The Reported Problems section, located within the **Office** area, helps you keep workspace safe and well-maintained. This feature organizes every issue reported by users-from broken desks to malfunctioning meeting room devices-ensuring a fast and structured resolution process.

### How it Works

When a user reports a problem via the app, they select a category, and the issue is automatically sent to:

- **Assignees:** The designated helpers responsible for resolving the issue.

- **Watchers:** Admins or managers who monitor the case progress.

### Viewing the Problem List

The main dashboard categorizes issues into three areas:

1. **Desks**

2. **Meeting Rooms**

3. **Other Problems**

Each entry displays the problem type, the assignee's email, and the watcher's email, making it easy to track and follow up on every case.

### Managing Reports

By clicking the **three-dots menu** next to an entry, you can:

- **Edit:** Update the details of the report.

- **Deactivate:** Temporarily disable a specific problem entry.

- **Delete:** Remove the entry.

*Note:* It is recommended to update the status rather than deleting the report to maintain a complete history for documentation and reference.

### Creating New Problem Types

To define a new type of issue users can report, press **"Add New Problem"**:

1. **Type:** Enter the name of the problem (e.g., "Leaking AC").

2. **Category:** Choose between Desk, Meeting Room, or Other.

3. **Assignees & Watchers:** Add the email addresses of the people who should handle or monitor the issue.

4. **Create:** The new type will immediately appear in the app selection for users.

### Component Control

If the reporting feature needs to be disabled globally (e.g., during a system update or organizational change), press **"Deactivate Component"**. This hides the reporting function in the app until it is reactivated.
