1.1.1 What is a Geofence?
Geofencing creates a smart zone around your location - like an office or campus. Inside that zone, Door James can automate what matters: timely nudges, smooth check-ins, and smarter event arrivals.
Privacy Note: We do not track you or spy on you. Geofence data isn’t stored - it's only used in the moment to trigger the action.
1.1.2 Admin Panel Functionality
Navigation Path:
Office > Office Information > Office Location & Geo-Fencing

Placement: A marker is pre-placed based on the office address.

Configuration: Use the integrated Google Maps view to set the radius.

Drag the circle directly on the map.

Enter parameters on the left side.

Fine-tune using the plus/minus controls on the right.

Activation: Once finalized, click Save to activate the geofence.
1.1.3 App Functionality
Geofencing automates key actions for the end-user:

Automatic Check-in: Triggered when entering the geofenced area.

Check-out Reminders: Prompted when leaving the area.

Smart Access: Powers tailored notifications and access whenever needed.
Requirement: On the member side, users must allow permanent location tracking within the app settings. Once enabled, automatic check-ins and smart notifications work seamlessly without extra taps.
