1.1.1 Introduction

The Role Access section is the control center for managing user permissions. Here, you can assign roles, create custom access levels, and manage the administrative structure of your entire organization.

1.1.2 User Management

Navigation Path:
Office > Restriction Overview  > Users

User Navigation Tabs

At the top of the page, you can switch between three views:

  • All Users
    Displays all users across the system

  • Office Level Access
    Shows users who have permissions limited to specific offices

  • Organization Level Access
    Shows users with global permissions across all offices

1.1.3 Filtering & Search

  • Use the filter and search bar at the top to find specific users

1.1.4  Managing Users:

  • Changing Roles: Use the dropdown menu in the list to change a user’s role instantly.

  • Add New: Press "Add New," enter the user’s email, and assign a role to invite them.

  • Edit/Delete: Use the three-dots menu next to a name for quick modifications.

1.1.5 Defined Roles

Office > Restriction Overview > Defined Roles

This area lists every available role (Default and Custom), categorized by Office Level and Organization Level.

  • Default Roles: There are six predefined roles ready for use.

  • Role Details: Click the purple "View" button to see a detailed list of "Capabilities" (what this role is allowed to do).

1.1.6 Creating Custom Roles

If the default roles don't fit your needs, you can create a new one:

  1. Add New: Press "+ Add New" and enter a role name.

  2. Copy Capabilities: To save time, select an existing role from the dropdown and press "Apply" to use it as a template.

  3. Custom Selection: Click the arrows to open subcategories and select specific permissions.

  4. Click a full category name on the left to select all permissions within that group.

  5. Save: Once the permissions are set, save the role to make it available for assignment.
