Report a Problem

1.1               Overview

The Report a Problem feature allows users to report issues related to assets, meetings, or the application.

Users can select different problem types depending on the issue.

1.2               Problem Types

Users can choose between:

• Desk Problem

• Meeting Room Problem

• General Problem

• App Bug

1.3               Desk Problem

Used to report issues related to desks.

• Enter a category and description

• Select the related asset

• Optionally add a photo

1.4               Meeting Room Problem

Used to report issues related to meeting rooms.

• Enter a category and description

• Select the related asset

• Optionally add a photo

1.5               General Problem

Used for general issues not related to a specific asset.

• Enter a category and description

• Optionally add:

  • Area

  • Location

No asset selection is required.

1.6               App Bug

Used to report technical issues within the application.

• Enter a description

• Optionally add steps to reproduce

No asset or location is required.

1.7               Submitting a Report

• Click Submit Report to send the issue

• Providing more details helps resolve the issue faster
