The Map screen provides a visual representation of the office floor plan.
Users can:

View all available assets

See occupancy and availability

Create bookings directly from the map
1.2 Map Navigation
At the top:

Select Asset Type (e.g., desks)

Switch between offices
1.3 Map Interaction

Assets are displayed on the floor plan

Each asset shows its current status

Green → Available
-
Red → In use / occupied

Click on an asset to open details

A panel appears with:

Displays all assets in a list

- Use the search bar to find specific assets
1.5.2 Office Equipment

Click Office Equipment

Displays all available equipment
1.6 Filters (Right Panel)
Users can filter the map view:

Favorites only

1.6.2 Floorplan Filters
- Filter by equipment (monitor, LAN, etc.)
1.6.3 Capacity Filters

Meeting room capacity

Minimum capacity
1.7 Change Area

Click the area selector (e.g., EG)

Switch between different floors or zones
1.8 Time Selection

The current time slot is displayed at the bottom of the screen

Click the time to adjust the booking time
1.9 Booking via Map

Select an asset
-
Click Book
This opens the final booking confirmation
