Colleagues

Overview

The Colleagues feature helps you find coworkers, view their current bookings, and coordinate office days more easily.

Open the Colleagues Feature

1. Open the Home screen.

2. Tap Colleagues.

Search for Colleagues

Within the Colleagues feature, you can:

• Search for coworkers

• View their current bookings

View Colleague Locations

If the feature is enabled and a colleague's privacy settings allow it, you can also view their location on the office map.

This makes it easier to find teammates and coordinate your time in the office.

Availability

The Colleagues feature depends on your organization's configuration.

Visibility of booking locations is controlled by each user's individual privacy settings.
