Open Data Privacy Settings

Tap your Profile Picture.

Open Settings.

Select Data Privacy.
Booking Location Visibility
Under Privacy, you can decide whether your booking location is visible to other users in Door James.
If enabled, other users can more easily find your booking location on the map.
You can also choose who can see your booking location:

Everyone

Colleagues only
Booking Data Storage
Under Booking Data Storage, you can choose whether Door James may use your booking data to provide statistics and improve your app experience.
If enabled, Door James may use information such as:

How often you create bookings

Which office locations you use most frequently

The times you usually book
This information is used to personalize recommendations and improve the overall app experience.
Saving Changes
Your data privacy settings are updated as soon as you change them.
